These terms and conditions govern the use of the ugcnet.org website, all question papers, practice questions, mock tests, digital services, and any product or service offered by ugcnet.org, a venture of Wexgrand Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website, registering an account, buying a subject, or making any payment to ugcnet.org, the user agrees to these terms in full.

1. General Use

  • The user agrees to use the website and services only for lawful purposes.
  • The user shall not misuse, copy, share, redistribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the website, questions, answers, explanations, or any digital content offered by ugcnet.org.
  • Content is licensed to the paying student for personal study only. Sharing account credentials, copying questions for redistribution, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
  • The company reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any subject, pricing, feature, or website section without prior notice.

2. Account and Access

  • Students must register with a valid email address, or sign in with Google.
  • Each account is intended for a single user and can be used on one device at a time. Logging in on a new device automatically logs out the previous device.
  • Account sharing may result in suspension without refund.
  • The student is responsible for keeping their password confidential. ugcnet.org is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access resulting from the student's failure to secure their credentials.

3. Subjects and Content

  • Each subject costs ₹100 for 6 months. Paper 1 is included with every subject purchase.
  • Access to a subject is granted immediately upon successful payment and remains valid for the period shown on the payment page.
  • Question papers, practice questions and mock tests may be added to or updated as we improve the content.
  • ugcnet.org is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the National Testing Agency (NTA), and does not guarantee any exam result.

4. Intellectual Property

All questions, answers, explanations, written material, logos, and platform code are the intellectual property of Wexgrand Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. Unauthorized reuse, redistribution, resale, screenshots for sharing, or reproduction in any form is prohibited and may result in legal action along with account termination without refund.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
  • Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.
  • There is no automatic renewal. Students may buy again before or after access ends.
  • Gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable in the event of refund approval.

6. Limitation of Liability

ugcnet.org shall not be liable for any indirect loss, interruption, loss of data, delay caused by third-party platforms (hosting providers, payment gateways), internet failures, or damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification by the student or any third party. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the relevant subject.

7. Termination

ugcnet.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and revoke access, without refund, if the student:

  • Provides false information during registration
  • Shares login credentials or content with others
  • Attempts to copy, scrape, or redistribute questions and answers
  • Uses the platform for any unlawful or unethical activity
  • Abuses staff or other students

8. Modifications

ugcnet.org reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
