Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

ugcnet.org exclusively delivers digital products. There is no physical shipping involved. Delivery means:

  • Instant access: immediately after successful payment, the subject (with Paper 1) is added to your account.
  • Question access: previous year papers, practice questions, and mock tests for that subject become available on your Subjects page.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed by:

  • The payment success message on the checkout page
  • The subject appearing at the top of your Subjects page
  • An optional confirmation email

3. Delivery Issues

If you have paid successfully but do not see the subject on your Subjects page within 15 minutes:

  • Refresh the page, then log out and log back in
  • Check that you were logged into the correct account during payment
  • Contact info@wexgrand.com or WhatsApp +91 90612 34515 with your Razorpay payment ID

We aim to resolve access issues within 24 business hours.

4. No Physical Products

ugcnet.org does not currently sell any physical products, printed books, or hardware. If we introduce any physical item in the future, this section will be updated with shipping timelines, charges, and courier terms.

5. Access Duration

Each subject costs ₹100 for 6 months. Access is valid for the period shown on the payment page, starting from the date of payment. Access can be extended by buying the subject again.
